In an evolving business world, it's essential to ensure that your company's records are accurate and up-to-date. One such crucial detail is your company's address. If you're operating multiple businesses under the same system, it becomes doubly important to know how to modify these details efficiently.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how you can change the address for a multi-company setup:

How to update your multi-company address

  1. Access the Control Panel:
    • After logging in to the system, navigate to the 'Control Panel'. This is typically your primary dashboard or main interface.
  2. Open Settings:
    • Inside the Control Panel, you'll find an option labeled 'Settings'. Click it to proceed.
  3. Enable Multi-Company Mode:
    • Within 'Settings', look for a subsection called 'Modules'.
    • Here, you'll find an option to 'Enable Multi-Company'. Ensure that this option is active. If not, activate it.
  4. Set Up Multiple Companies:
    • After enabling multi-company mode, an option labeled 'Setup Multiple Company' should be visible.
    • Click it to view the list of companies you have registered.
  5. Edit the Address:
    • Locate the company whose address you want to modify.
    • Adjacent to the company's details, there should be an 'Edit' option (often represented by a pencil icon).
    • Click on 'Edit' to modify the address. Make sure to enter the new details correctly.
  6. Save Your Changes:
    • After updating the address, click the 'Save' or 'Update' button. This step ensures that your changes are recorded and implemented.
