Organizational chart overview:
An organizational chart is a graphical representation of the structure of the organization, making it easy to see the hierarchies of the employees.

Download the organizational chart
1. Navigate to the organizational chart
- Go to Control Panel → Analytics → Employee → Organizational Chart (Note: Admin permissions are required to access the Analytics module).

2. View the organizational chart
- The organizational chart initially displays up to 2 levels of the hierarchy.
- Click the Expand button to view the complete structure on a single screen. The chart shows employee profile pictures, names, and basic information.
- To display more information, use the options available in the Top Band.

3. Choose the view
- There are currently 2 views of the organizational chart available:
- View 1: Pictorial representation of the chart.
- View 2: Downloadable SVG file of the organizational chart. If you want to download the chart, opt for View 2.

4. Download the organizational chart
- Click the Download SVG icon.
[Note: An SVG file (Scalable Vector Graphics) can be saved from a web page or application to your local device. SVG files are used for rendering two-dimensional graphics, charts, and illustrations.]
